We have an immediate opening for an energetic & passionate full time professional to join our STORE OPERATIONS team as a STORE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST.

This position is responsible for all operational processes, reporting, and coordination of tasks that need to be executed by stores. He/she understands the different systems/responsibilities of the store team and is able to successfully communicate with the team to ensure store execution.

  • Liaison between Home Office and stores; coordinates with internal departments to plan and prioritize workload and support initiative implementation at the store level.
  • Work with business partners to provide direction for key rollouts, methods, and practices that are clear and effective for execution at the store level.
  • Create and update store policies and procedures in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
  • Work with the field and Home Office teams to ensure corporate policies, procedures and initiatives are well executed and meet the needs of the stores, customers, and employees.
  • Collaborate with Home Office partners on key projects, while providing communication and timeline updates through all stages of the project.
  • Manage store supply budgets and ordering process.

  •  Job Qualifications:Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required - Business, Communications, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in field/retail management.

    Skill Requirements
  • Intermediate at Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-starter - highly motivated and works with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to develop policies, procedures, or processes based on the impact derived.
  • Strong ability to work with all levels of the organization and across multiple areas.
  • Ability to effectively manage details on multiple projects.
  • Ability to streamline communication and limit redundancy.
